Aims
The aims of this workshop are:
- To allow participants to showcase their project ideas;
- To provide an opportunity for peer review;
- To help participants plan internal/external verification;
- To ensure participants have a clear understanding of activities and outcomes we expect you to complete before Workshop 7.
What’s Expected?
This highly participative workshop is your opportunity to showcase your ideas for redesigning your assessment activities to your peers in the project. Each delegate will have a 30 minute slot to:
- Describe your assessment, how it differs from previous practice and why you have made these changes;
- Describe the technologies you have chosen to use, and what supporting measures you will need to make them work;
- Outline your piloting and testing plans;
- Provide an update on your progress with verification – what stage are you at? How will you record the evidence needed for internal and external verification?
- Take questions and comments from peers, learning technologists, project staff and an external verifier.
Prerequisites
Before attending this workshop you should have:
- contributed to the discussion forum ‘Reflections on Workshop 5’
- submitted a first draft of your Assessment Template
- provided your feedback via the short survey on workshop 5
